If the return is because we made a mistake, we will even reimburse your surface shipping costs. We do not reimburse for special handling, charges incurred by using other mail facilities such as mail box ect... If your replacement item is in stock, it should reach you within 2-3 weeks. (Note: Food items, gas masks, disaster preparedness items, books & videos are not returnable.) We will not refund any shipping charges unless their has been an error on our part.
