The G.I.-Style Stainless Steel Canteen Cup #512
This is one of our favorite cooking and drinking items for lightweight camping and survival gear. We are also using it in one of our cooking kits, look for the video on our YouTube channel soon. Used since the original design in 1918, made from aluminum, it was redesigned in 1972 to what you see today made in stainless steel. It is very compact and easily stowed away under your canteen. This is made from heavy gauge steel.
Optional Cup Lid: Additional $2.95
Purchase the stainless steel lid that is a match to cup but selecting the option above.
Optional Stainless Steel Cup Stove: Additional $11.95
We also carry the stove that works with the Canteen Cup and Lid. This is a new version of the G.I. canteen cup stove. It is not government issued but a good thought out and improved design. Manufactured from heavy weight stainless steel, it was molded after a French version to be both compact and lightweight. The cook stove will burn trioxane, hexamine or good old Sterno fuel. This stove will slide under the canteen cup and has a fold out stand that keeps the cup off the flame. This allows better air flow, more stable platform and a way to feed fuel. We think it is the best way to cook with a good old fashion GI canteen cup. If you would like to add the stove as well, select the option above.
If you just need a replacement lid, we carry the lid individually. See it here, Stainless Steel Canteen Lid
If you just want the stove, you can buy it individually, as well, here. Stainless Steel Cup Stove
